the Manoir de Percé since 1956, the Bujold's family welcome travellers who appreciate the warm
atmosphere of a Manor dating from the
20th Century, entirely renovated and a
typically Gaspesian fine cuisine.
Taste our famous smoked salmon, according to
the traditional recipe of our father Edgar,
who passed away in May 2006. Our cooks,
all certified from the Institut d’hôtellerie du
Québec, offers you a fabulous choice of fish,
seafood and grilled meat. Specialty of Gaspesian Bouillabaisse. Don't forget the delicious
