Both the hotel and the restaurant were excellent. The rooms were very clean and the gourmet dinners

I'm sorry to be so long in sending this note. We stayed at your hotel around June 16 & 17, 2002 as part
of a 2 week trip to the Maritimes. My husband and I wish to thank you for your outstanding hospitality
and to let you know that at your establishment we enjoyed the best food and personalized service of our entire vacation. The accommodations were very comfortable and the cruise included in the package was really interesting. Prices for the 2 package are very reasonable and I would recommend your hotel
to anyone. We certainly intend to come back someday.

Once again thanks for the awesome food and for making our stay so enyoyable.

Our trip in Canada is almost ended. The Gaspé Peninsula has been most splendid. We had great adventures starting at the dock and along the promenade to Percé Rock. On another occasion boating to Bonaventure Island a bird sanctuary matching anything in my land. At your fine Manoir we have been so well treated. There is nothing that my French is too poor for me to express any sentiment more than a bilingual joke
I select with frisson, that one man's fish is another's poisson.

I am back in Germany on October 18, 2001. I wasn't very lucky with the weather this time, even after I left Percé. But I could see on the weather forecast that you had some sunny days out there shortly after I've left. The sunshine was always 3 days behind me. Would I have known this before, I would have started my Canada trip 3 days later.
Once again, thank you very much for your hospitality. I am sure I will come to Gaspé and Percé again some day and then I will drop in at your place. All the best to you and the rest of your family.
